Human beings have different
natures according to their thoughts. In day-to-day life we see many people with
different moods like angry, very happy, sad etc.
I am going to narrate a
real story of a professor. She always had a smile on her face. Women are usually
soft in nature and they can't hide their problems. One can easily identify their
mood (happy or sad) from their face. This professor always had a smiling face.
Students could see her always with a smile. From my first day to the end of my
course I saw her smiling always.
I wanted to know how it
was possible. I went to her cabin and asked her, “Ma’am, how do you keep
smiling always? How is it even possible? I have been seeing different
professors in different moods on different days. But I have seen you always with
this smiling and cheerful face. How?”
The teacher replied,
"First of all, I appreciate your observation. I am happy to hear. The
truth is, my husband has a severe disease. He can't move. He is bedridden. The
disease is not curable and I am struggling. In this situation, what can I do? Even if I
cry or be sad every time, I still have to deal the situation myself, right? If
I will be sad and show my sorrow to everyone, it will affect all the people I meet.
I don't want to disturb anyone. So, I decided to keep smiling & handle my
situation myself."
I was in shock when I
heard this and my eyes were filled with tears. I couldn’t even believe in all
the time I saw her smile she had such a huge sorrow hidden behind it. And her
smile and her humorous lectures had made our days happier.
From this incident, I
learnt that, when our smiles can make people happy, we need not express all our
emotions every time.

your opinions.
Happiness or sadness is state of mind. If anybody says I am very happy or very sad I think there is no such 'very' one can be just happy or sad
ReplyDeleteAccording to me
ReplyDeleteSmile is the best medicine on any disease.
No doubtsmile is healthybsign for our positive approach. Two things are there;
ReplyDeleteIf we show our sadness in front of d people, I think in today's, fast running world people least bother.
Secondly solutions are within us not with the so called wellwishers so keep smiling
But we should not develop habit to bear with ourselves, it is necessary to share if possible otherwise keeping d difficultiesbaways in mind may create another issues.
Self help is good but ventilation is more important. Ventilstion may be through yog dhyan, singing, reading books, listening music. Stay safe, stay healthy n keep smiling
Wow beautiful. But always smiling lacks laughter on life. Smile is good as people R not having solution for our sorrows. But at d same time ventilation is must for our mental health. So keep smiling but sharing should also be there. If you can't discuss pl do self help by listening music, yog dhyan will also help. Singing, breading books n doing creative activities will help a lot. Laughter is also a good medicine. Stay safe, stay healthy n keep smiling🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂😄😄😄😄🙏
