How to use am, is, are:

We use these verbs in present tense.

1.       Examples: of "am" only in present tense & only with I

I am a teacher.

I am a student.

2.       Usage of "is": In present tense we use with " he, she, It".

He is a bright boy.

She is a dancer.

It is a horse.

3.       Usage of “are”:

In present tense we use "are" with “we, you & they “

We are teachers.

You are Students.

They are dancers.

1. The average age of Joseph and his both children is 20 years. After 16 years, Joseph’s age will be equal to the sum of his children’s age then. What is Joseph’s present age?
