Weightloss April

Let us start this April with a challenge of weight loss using very simple tips.

I am going to share my experience. After trying many methods & getting failed. Here failure means reduced weight will increase when we leave the method. I was expecting permanent solution by easy ways. I followed these simple tips & reduced 4 kgs in 4 months. The weight is now constant & maintained. I used to do some yogas that I will share later.

Tips:

1.      Immediately after you wake up, brush your teeth and then drink 500ml to 800 ml of lukewarm water. It helps to remove the wastes from the body.

2.      Have a walk for at least 30 minutes. If u can’t go out, do "8" walk. (If u need details about the “8” walk, comment below and I shall explain in the upcoming blogs.)

3.      Drink at least 200 ml of water before every meal.

4.      Don't drink water for at least half an hour after any meal.

5.      Slightly reduce your carbs (chapatis or rotis & rice). Instead, add watery fruits like watermelon before meal.

6.      Do not reduce your diet. It will reduce vitamins & minerals. It will create some side effects also.

7.      Don't expect to reduce weight fast, it will affect your health and you won’t be able to continue that method.

8.      If you are tea or coffee lovers there is no need to leave them. But reduce their number & amount.

9.      Take dinner by 7 or 8 PM. If you are getting late, take two bananas & a cup of turmeric milk.

10.  The most important thing that I follow is, sometimes when I see my favourite foods, I don’t hesitate taking it in a good amount. But then, I skip the next meal instead of which, I take only fruits.

11.  Another important thing that I follow is, I take very light dinner.

  1. Weight reduce panna aasai but I don't do anything systematically... I will try this method. More over my weight is apt but I look bulky I am not able to do anything for this. I am totally SHAPELESS
